Family Photos

We took our annual family photos again late November, and I have been holding on to them till after my mom's 60th birthday because we used them in her gift, and well I wanted it to be surprise.

Last year we skipped out on family pictures because the kids and I were in South Africa and once we returned we were sick for most of December (I am seeing a trend here - yuck) - and we just never got it. We generally take these photos in November (you can see some here, here, and here.)

I was determined to make it happen this year, because well this year has been a good year - finally, it only took about three years of moving back to the states.

We had such a fun time, and I am excited to capture this phase in our family's life. We had so much fun taking these pictures, and the kids did fantastic.

Kelsie did such a fantastic job, and she was so sweet and patient with the kids.

This is our family - we are way nerdy, and a little awkward in front of the camera - BUT we love Jesus, we love being together as family, we love to laugh and giggle, we love good food, and love good books, and in the end we love each other more then words can ever describe.

These are my people, and I am eternally grateful that I get to journey through this life with them.
