A Little Brick House #2

There once was a little brick house, that was cute with lots of potential.  We were excited about this little brick house, even though thinking back, we kind of rushed ourselves into a decisions.  The owners of this little brick house, apparently have no sense of time.  Seven weeks later we still had nothing, the sellers and their realtors were a little dodgy and inconsiderate and not willing to work with us... if I was not working hard at being a descent human being I would totally bash their names in a public place, but I will refrain from that, and walk away.  Yes, you heard that right we walked away, for the little house we were so excited about.

And right now I am so happy we made that decision - God always knows better, and in the end He was saving us from lots of extra heartaches and frustrations.

Enter little brick house number 2!

It is cute,it is bigger, it as even more potential, it is actually clean, and there is no destruction, oh and did a mention it has three huge mulberry trees, and they are actually alive and well.  Super plus, that is probably the thing that made my heart literally skip a beat.

We are excited to announce that we made and offer, they countered, we accepted, and we all signed the contract!!  Did you get that? Within three days we have a contract signed and ready to go, none of this seven week ridiculousness.

All the inspectors are scheduled for next week... things are finally happening in the Cook house, and we couldn't be more excited!!
