{recipe} Simple Green Smoothie

My favorite breakfast ever is a hardy smoothie.  I love sipping on a delicious and nutritious smoothie all morning long.  Once you have a system, and all the ingredients on hand, it is a super quick assembly line, and perfect for on the go.  My favorite go to smoothie is a simple green smoothie.

  SIMPLE GREEN SMOOTHIE:
* serves 1 or 2 (depending on if you want share)

1 1/2 cups coconut water
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp hempseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp bee pollen (local is best)
1/2 tsp camu powder
1 scoop collagen peptides
handful of ice (optional)

* I recommend using organic/grass-fed/high quality ingredients from reputable companies when feasible.

Place all the ingredients in the blender (this is the blender I own and love.)  Blend until smooth.  Serve right away, in a glass with a straw (I love using these glass straws).
